Columbia College takes care to embed the same trauma-informed practices you are learning about in their instruction. You will never be REQUIRED to share more than you feel comfortable. However self-reflection is an important part of trauma-informed work.

No! The ACEs score is not your density! There is always hope for a positive outcome no matter your ACE score.
