Take a short break before you start your homework to relieve some stress. When you're done, focus all your attention on your HW.

Should you or should you not stay up studying the night before a test?
No! Studying should begin three days before a test. Cramming is not a good idea and has been proven to be ineffective. The day before a test, take it easy for that subject and don't stress out.
You don't like what the cafeteria is serving for lunch today so you go out to buy food. What healthy options can you pick?
Neds: bananas, grilled chicken sandwiches
Jays: chicken cutlet, grilled chicken, rice and beans, grilled chicken salad, veggie quesadilla
