How many members are on the hearing panel?
7 calendar days
At least 7 calendar days prior to the Pre-Hearing Conference, parties may submit to the Office their written response to the report, which will be distributed to the Hearing Panel and the other party.
If the Hearing Panel does not determine it is more likely than not that the Respondent engaged in Prohibited Conduct
he Respondent shall be found not responsible.

First, the complainant is questioned by the hearing panel and respondent's advisor, then their witnesses are questioned by the Hearing Panel, the Complainant’s Advisor and the Respondent’s Advisor, in that order.
