What is YA Reunion Volunteers!
Active Volunteers are those who have sent an email, added a note, paired with or requested a new assignment, unpaired with or requested unpairing from an assignment, sent a message, created a personal email template, created or completed a task, or searched constituents.
This is a good way to see when constituents typically donate.

This is one of our most effective strategies in reacquiring lapsed donors.
What are GiveCampus social fundraising campaigns?
For nearly all campaigns - especially reunion or class challenges - we see a significant portion of lapsed or even first time donors.
Out of 9313 messages sent via Thrutext in FY22, we had this many opt outs.

We had nearly 40% of our TLF/TLPF volunteers active in the VMS in FY22. We look forward to materials and training revamp for September '22!
Of Alumni constituents with a volunteer assigned via VMS, this percentage were FY22 donors.
What is 38%. As in FY21, being paired in the VMS provides about a 10% boost to alumni participation averages.
This tool had a 55% email open rate in FY22.

Emails sent via the VMS get significantly higher open and deliverability rates than emails sent via mass email marketing (Emma, Mailchimp).
This was one of our most dynamic and fun ways for volunteers to get involved.
