Late work will not be accepted, unless the student notifies the teacher via email 24 hours before the due date to request an extension, including an explanation of why the extension is needed. Extensions will be granted at the discretion of the teacher and are primarily intended to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Please note: a notification does not guarantee an extension! If a student missed work due to a verified absence, it is the student’s responsibility to promptly communicate with the teacher to discuss a new due date for any missed work.
