- Don't tell someone they are wrong, but challenge their goals to create fomo
- There’s nothing wrong with asking for 5 min to get feedback - create a “two-way” partnership with the Pro
- Generally “timing” is not the true issue, so use your notes to bring up other pain points or to bring up on a call to understand more
