What are Claim Activity, New Claim, and New Mail?
You have a claim with three COL(s). One is in Resolve It, one is in Evaluate It, and the last is in Settlement. This is where the claim will display in the Total Loss Claim Lifecycle.
What is Evaluate It?
This is the feature of the Team Inventory page I can use to quickly identify a claim when a handler calls me to discuss a claim in their inventory.
