This is a way to ensure all customers are given adequate "hands-on" time
What are: The customers should always be operating the system / Customers should rotate taking turns driving the system and driving the Tablet (if a Tablet is available) / For key tasks, have the group perform the task more than once, with different customers driving each time / If a customer did not perform a hands-on task the day before, they are first the next day of the training to have hands-on time with the system
