3. Grab the visitor badges and void stickers and fill out the Vendor's info on the badge.

4. Put the badge on top of the Void sticker and hand it to the Vendor.

5. Before the Vendor leaves, take the Visitor sticker back and trash it.

Can you apply a Mastercard Payment directly to the MC?

No everything must be deposited into an RBFCU account, then withdrawn for the payment.

A member is in a charge off status and set up their direct deposit to be sent to their charge off account.

They come in thinking they will be able to withdraw funds from their account, but you have to tell them unfortunately you do not have the funds. 

Member does not know what a charge off is and doesn't know where their funds are at.

What do you tell the member?

A charge off is an overdrawn account for more than 45 days. Once that has taken effect you lose access to your FC and the CP Program and report it to ChexSystems.

Because of the charge off status the ACH for direct deposit has been returned and you would need to consult with your place of work for your desired pay.

What is our Robbery Procedure if you are incident Teller?

2. Hold up red folder and say LOUDLY "I have been robbed, lock the doors"

3.CALL 911 FROM RBFCU LANDLINE (Give name and the address)

4. Preserve note if applicable, close up your station.

If a member is curious about how much money they could potentially earn on a Certificate, what could we do in DNA to give them an estimation?

You can use the Calculator in DNA to give them a rough estimate based on the current certificate rates, the length and how much money they are willing to put into it.

Can you set up an ACH to pull funds from another FI?

No, only for loan payments or ACH that are coming out of an RBFCU account.

An existing long-time member has been added to a new membership account that is still within their 30 days. They want to deposit a check and want the funds released. It is a check we have seen 100x before. Can we make the funds available?

Yes. Because the long time has established a healthy and responsible relationship with us and have been made joint on the account.

A member comes in with a lot of debit card fraud. While assisting you notice that member has well over 30 fraud transactions. What do you do?

Can you use an error correction to correct a transaction that was done 3 days prior?

No. Error Corrections are SAME DAY ONLY.

Let's assume the Branch is busy and getting a check limit override for the ENTIRETY of the check that is above SMSS limit is not possible. Is there another option that we can give our members OTHER THAN A 7 DAY HOLD.

Yes, SMSS(s) can release up to their limit (50k) and place the rest of the hold until someone with a higher limit is available to review the check.
