A human monoclonal igG4 antibody that inhibits IL4 and IL13 signaling by specifically binding to the IL-4R alpha subunit shared by the IL4 and IL13 receptor complexes. Dupi inhibits IL4 signaling via the type1 receptor and both IL4 and il13 signaling through the type 2 receptor.
