What is Production Web?
Used when writing rescheduling e-mails to MFG Scheduling, this tab offers previous templates that give information such as when a NCR was closed, which lot needs rescheduling, and what its PW status is.
What is the _E tab?
We e-mail this team when lots need to be scheduled. They'll e-mail us when lots have been placed on validation, or when a new pilot has been scheduled to come through the pipeline.
What is MFGScheduling?
Being part of the NCR to-do list, this follow up task helps push a lot (that was recently on NCR) to the Sampling Plan tab of PouchQC.
What is scrapping out a lot in PouchQC?
A lot has been QC completed (you've verified this through the Results tab of PouchQC), but is still showing in the QC tab in the dashboard instead of QA tab. Yes, QC e-signed.
The lot is stuck and needs to be manually moved by QA in order to progress through the pipeline.
With its information fed from Production Web, this tool allows our team to check for an "Unrestricted" status once a lot has gone to STOCK. Should the lot not be ready, other statuses are provided.
What is SAP?
These 5 tabs are used to track environmental swabs.
What are the RP, GI, BCID, ME, and Pneumo tabs?
This team is e-mailed when lots are stuck in packaging, and we need to inquire on status.
What is FGManagers?
This task should be completed once a lot is 2 days post-packaging with a pending correction.
What is notifying a group about their DHR correction?
A lot hasn't been delivered to QC. You notice there's a closed NCR, and verify in PW that the lot has only completed the _E phase. Dates on the scheduling tool for _FD and no_ show 01/01/2019.
The lot needs to be rescheduled for formulation and inspection since the NCR closed.
This tool gives a sampling plan for lots, and allows us to see results once quality testing has been completed.
What is PouchQC?
Once updated and sorted, this tab is used when merging together like-cells, and adding color to our NCR/RND tickets.
What is the Filtered NCRs tab?
These two groups are the quality control specialists for both instruments as well as panels going through the pipeline. Though e-mailed for a multitude of circumstances, our main purposes are to confirm deliveries, and request e-signing when needed.
What are IQC and Swab?
Though not typically an everyday task, this would include tracking e-mailed information from Template Control & MFGScheduling and imputing this information into a certain tab in the tracker.
What are Pilots?
You're checking on a lot that has been RTSed by QA. PW/MSW shows the lot is "Released". SAP shows the lot is "Blocked".
There's a status discrepancy preventing the lot from being Unrestricted in SAP. If blocked, is there an NCR on the lot?
Primary uses for this tool include finding recently scheduled 6 pack lots, and RP EZs. We can also see what lots have completed packaging through this tool.
What is Trello?
Recently updated, this tab offers the latest information on validations affecting lots in the pipeline and includes information such as: contact person, affected lots, and DC numbers.
What is the Active Validation tab?
This groups helps physically push priority lots to STOCK, and is currently pulling lots for QC testing.
What is QAPouchProduction?
Done post-inspection, this task triggers QA to pull pouches for IQCs.
What is entering IQC batches into the Off Tool Pouch Request sheet?
A lot has not been delivered to QC. You notice there's a closed NCR on it, but the lot has already completed inspection. There is not a sampling plan, in fact, when you look at the batch it says "missing".
The batch(es) need to be scrapped out through PouchQC in order for a sampling plan to be generated.
This tool offers a variety of tables that give information such as: pallet locations, inventory levels, and soon lot trace-ability for all lots in the pipeline.
What is DOMO?
Recently added, this tab will allow us to track one-off errors that include: Lots Requested for E-Signing, Scrapped Pouches in QC, Registered Lots in PouchQC, and Promoting Lots in the Dashboard.
What is the Trending Errors tab?
These two groups are who we e-mail when we find status discrepancies between Production Web and SAP.
What are QAAIF and IC?
Done daily, this task allows us to know where all lot in the pipeline are, and ensures nothing stays in one place for long. This is why we exist, really.
What is Going Through the Tracker?
A lot has been in QC for days on days. Results are posted, but the lot is not showing that it requires QA's review yet when you check for needed approvals. You go to lot review in PW and see this...
