Pay with debit card or cash if you have any, explain the situation to the bus driver, or go home and get your bus pass if time

What if your bus suddenly takes a different route than usual?
Stay calm and check that you are on the correct bus number, check your app for any service disruptions/change in route, ask the bus driver or other passengers
You are standing by the back doors and notice that the bus is crowded with people at the front, but the back has a few seats available and standing room, what should you do?
Move to the back of the bus and have a seat. Sitting on the bus when seats are available makes sure that other passengers can fit on the bus.
