What is Tri Sigma's philantrophy?
Our national philanthropy is the Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation, which provides funding for leadership development, scholarships, and Sigma Serves Children. Robbie Page Memorial Fund and March of Dimes are the two opportunities for philanthropy and service under Sigma Serves Children. The Robbie Page Memorial Fund was established after the 1951 death of the son of the Sorority’s fourth National President. The March of Dimes was added as a philanthropic partner in 2016. It funds lifesaving research and programs and works to end premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.

What is honor council and who is in charge of it?

As a member neglects to live up to her responsibilities, it is the duty of Honor Council to remind her of the vow she took accepting her responsibilities whether they be financial, participation, violation of nation policies, conduct unbecoming of a sister, honor council accountability, and more. Honor Council meets with a member when an intervention meeting is requested. The Honor Council process is confidential. If held accountable, the member will be on the warning phase and will be given goals to meet within a deadline. If a member fails to meet the goals, she will go onto the next phase. The phases of Honor Council are warning, probation, suspension, and termination.
