There is no jury, and the judge decides if I'm guilty or not.

This is the person that will tell you if you should take the plea offer made to you.
What is my public defender/defense attorney?
Someone who saw or heard something related to your charges.

“I am not saying I did it or I didn't do it but go ahead and sentence me."

12 people listen to the evidence and decide if I'm Guilty or Not Guilty.

This is offered sometimes in plea bargain, you can be released, but you have to report to their office.

What is a Defense Attorney/ Public Defender?
You did it but you did not know right from wrong at the time of the crime because of a mental illness.
What does Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity mean?
They filed charges against you and are trying to convict you.

This is the person that approves your plea deal after both attorneys and you come to an agreement.
