Human resources (HR) has to deal with a serious problem.
Cameron one of the hardest workers has been threatening to leave because he has been getting bullied by one of the interns. They are saying that he is not a good worker and should be fired.
What should HR do?
HR should try as hard as they can to get a compromise and if that does not work have a 1 on 1 with the separate workers.
