College Terms
This is a type of degree you earn in two years that is offered by three different types of colleges.
What is an Associate's Degree?

These types of Financial aid you DO NOT have to pay back.

This is the type of financial aid you do have to pay back.
What are loans?
Before applying to college, I should try one of these two national tests.

This is the feeling that you are not doing things right, and someday you will be exposed as a fraud.
What is Imposter Syndrome?
This determines what you are going to eat for the semester.
What is a meal plan?
This is the financial aid application that is only accepted by a few of the more highly selective private colleges
What is the CSS Profile?
These are the 2 ways to apply to college early and their benefits
What are Early Decision and Early Action?
They increase acceptance rates and financial aid awards.
This is the place I can go to get HELP if I want to find something that is happening on campus.
What is Student Activities?
The person/s in BHS who help with mental and emotional health.
Who are the Adjustment Counselors?
A required amount of work in your intended field that some colleges require for you to graduate.
What is Service Learning?
This is the calculation from the FAFSA that colleges use to determine your need-based financial aid.
What is SAI, Student Aid Index (formerly EFC)
This is a school whose qualifications are beyond your own.
What is a reach school?
This is the place I can go if I need HELP paying for college.
