How does Stealth work in combat?
You must have cover or be concealed to be able to hide, if you stop having cover or being concealed at any point you stop being hidden. If you're hidden you can use the sneak action to attempt to become undetected so long as you have cover or are concealed at the start and end of it, if you succeed you then become undetected.

How can the Railgunner from RoR2 fly requiring only a single kind of item?
Her primary fire has a slight amount of recoil, by absurdly increasing her attack speed by injecting copious amounts of either Soldier's Syringe or Mocha in her bloodstream the recoil gets so high that it gives her enough propulsion to fly.
Hint: One of the acceptable answers is one of the best and most memorable items from Risk of Rain 2 / Her flight is an unintentional consequence of how her primary fire works (not the scope in)
