If you are unable to enter the voting enclosure by 6:00 a.m. on Election Day, what should you do?

Notify the BOE and call your facilities contact person immediately. Worst case scenario, be prepared to issue provisional ballots to voters in the parking lot if you are still not inside by the time the polls open at 6:30 a.m.

Are you responsible for collecting the campaign signs outside your precinct at the end of the day?

No. You are only responsible for the signs you put up (i.e. "no campaigning signs" or "vote here" signs). We are not responsible for campaign signs and it is considered theft to take them.

Copy 4 is returned by the Chief Judge in the white envelope.
