How do you reassure a hesitant client about signing up for a 3 or 6 month EFT package?
Explain the benefits and flexibility, such as freezing options, and the long term savings compared to shorter packages.
Ex: Lotion discounts, 3 month freeze $5 freeze amount applied to ISA- In Store Account and used to purchase products, upgrades, packages ETC.
If a client has a 3 month, Entry Level package and wants to upgrade for a one time, All- Access single session, what would they have pay?
$5.80- Any client with an active package may upgrade to any level tanning bed for $5.80
Who needs a parental consent and who can sign the parental consent?
Anyone from 14-17 years old needs a parental consent to tan in a uv bed. Their parent must be present to sign. A friends parent can not sign for them.
Spray tanning is available for any age but MUST have parental consent and parent must be present to sign.
Parental consent is also needed for spray tanning, red light and halotherapy.
What common ingredient in bronzing lotions provide the temporary tan effect?
DHA (Dihydroxyacetone)
DHA is a type of carbohydrate and is derived from plant sources such as sugar canes as well as by fermenting glycerin. Within DHA tanning products, it is the active ingredient that interacts with the amino acids in our dead skin cells to darken their appearance - giving the impression of a natural sun tan.

Yes. This must be done for each shift and closers pull deposit for cash received that day.

What should you advise a client to do if they are using a bronzing lotion?
Wash their hands or use a baby wipe after applying to avoid staining their palms and ensure the lotion is distributed evenly on the body.
What are discounts & benefits that a client with a current package receives vs a client purchasing a tan until they year package?
Lotion discounts are not offered with the tan until the end of the year promotion.
Tan until the end of the year packages are unable to freeze or cancel their package.
Clients with EFT packages pay less than the tan until the year of promotion and have more access to our services.
