No. There are people like Lazarus, the daughter of Jairus, and the brother of Nephi (3) who were brought back to life. They were brought back to mortality--not resurrected. They had to die again.
Why does smell have two past forms?
'Smelled' is standard in American English and 'smelt' is used in British English.

Are angels resurrected beings?
Yes and no! Some angels are spirits that haven't been born on earth yet, some are spirits who have lived on earth but haven't been resurrected yet, some are resurrected beings with immortal bodies (like John the Baptist and Moroni). There are also translated beings, like the 3 Nephites and John the Beloved. They are not resurrected yet, but changed to a different kind of body.
