His intention and plan to regenerate us to be His sons.

"Who delivered us out of the authority of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love."

When we see ourselves as sinners, recognize our corruption, and have a change in heart.
What is "repentance"?
God desires us to live as certain kind of people after He has regenerated us.
What are "the sons of God" or "the children of God"?
"The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit that we are children of God."
What is "Romans 8:16"?
God's Spirit enters into our spirit and He puts His life in it.
What is "regeneration"?
The divine transmission that we continue to receive day by day from the Spirit.
What is "divine dispensing" or "dispensing"?
In this epistle, Paul wrote, "He therefore who bountifully supplies to you the Spirit and does works of power among you, does He do it out of the works of law or out of the hearing of faith?"
