The Bobcat Online Scholarship System (BOSS)
Is for your technology needs and questions. They provide robust and cost-effective information technology assistance to the Texas State community, supporting academic instruction, university administration, student services, and research activities. They help to keep you connected and protected.
IT ASSISTANCE CENTER (ITAC)
The system that you use to print on campus. You can do so a the Alkek Library, our four TechSpots, the Round Rock campus and at new kiosks popping up across the San Marcos campus.

Believes strongly in protecting the health, safety and welfare of its students, faculty and staff. In addition to emergency preparedness, they invite you to become familiar with other services and regulations that are here to keep you safe and successful every day.
Campus Safety
Upper-level students who help incoming students by providing continued positive peer support to help students transition to Texas State socially and academically.
Peer Mentor
They support students by providing innovative, comprehensive, and proactive academic advising and programs to first-year students at Texas State University.
PACE Center
Free and confidential professional help as well as online mental health resources to currently enrolled Texas State students while classes are in session. They focus on short term goals in support of personal adjustment, development and student retention.
Counseling Center
They offer individual career planning and exploration, help finding full-time and part-time jobs, either work-study positions and internship. They also help with resume and cover letter critiques, practice for interviews. You can borrow an interview outfit, get a free headshot photos, and get graduate school application assistance.
Career Services
They have experienced healthcare providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners. Services are available by appointment or on a walk-in basis. They offer affordable prices for college students and health insurance coverage is not required to receive care .
Student Health Center

Jobs4Cats
Means of improving students' writing. It is a space that serves as the university's community for writers.
Writing Center
This resource is responsible for billing and receipting student payments for tuition and fees, room and board, and other related semester charges. This office also disburses payroll checks and financial aid checks.
Student Business Services
Multi-faceted academic support program for all Texas State students. They provide tutoring services (individual, group, online), Supplemental Instruction (collaborative group study for specific courses), learning and study skills workshops, and learning specialist consultations free of charge.

Department of Housing and Residential Life

Student Involvement
Provides exemplary student services and opportunities grounded in ethical and moral principles. The department assists, develops and educates students through organizational advising; leadership programs; emergency services; legal services; alcohol and drug intervention efforts; and by responding to student complaints and allegations of student conduct violations.
Dean of Students
Providing support of the comprehensive internationalization goals of Texas State University and assist the university in developing and maintaining an internationally diverse student body, faculty, and staff.
International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS)
An analytical tool that enables you and your academic advisors to assess your progress toward completion of your major requirements, college general education requirements, university requirements, and (if applicable) minor requirements.
Degree Audit
Here we counsel students on lease reviews, criminal law, family law, employment law, immigration law, consumer and civil matters, contract law, simple wills, and name and gender marker changes. Also the office can show students how to find outside agencies or private attorneys concerning legal issues for which we cannot provide assistance.
Attorney for students
Providing a community for students from all majors who are looking for a challenge. Students who join take small seminar-style classes where they discuss ideas and raise questions stimulated by readings, field trips, and presentations.
The developmental process which assists students in the clarification of their life/career goals and in the development of educational plans for the realization of these goals. It is different per college.

Student Recreation Center
They provide students the opportunity to reach their full potential by coordinating academic accommodations and support services. They help to foster a supportive and inclusive educational environment through an intersectional model that helps build and maintain partnerships across the university community.
Office of Disability Services
The first student-run, on-campus food pantry at Texas State University. It is run by students under the direction of faculty from the Food Security Learning Community in the Nutrition & Foods Program.
