How do you process a GU urine with a volume of 70mL?
1, 14mL green top conical
2, 50 ml blue top conical- evenly distribute rest of urine
3 vials- 2 supernatants, 1 pellet
Each supernatant vial gets supernatant from each blue top conical, pour till 1mL left in each conical and mix the 2 pellets to put into the urine pellet vial
