Reopened Claim. When the claimant has already filed an Initial Claim and there is a break in his claim without any intervening work. The claimant would file an RC to reopen his claim.

Unemployment compensation paid to the claimant who is working part-time and his/her earnings are greater than 40% but less than 140% of their Weekly Benefit Amount.

Requalifying Work
A claimant cannot "requalify" for a succeeding benefit year unless he/she has had insured work and been paid wages for such work equal to three (3) times his/her Weekly Benefit Amount of the new Benefit Year claim since filing the preceding valid claim that established his last Benefit Year.
