What number do you have to count when you are marking someone?
The stall count can go up to ten. If the marker says the 't' in ten, there is a turnover and possession goes to the other team.

How do you signal that the disc is in play?
You can either tap the disc on the ground and say disc in, or you can offer it to your mark for them to tap it in
When is it appropriate to sub players?
During an injury timeout or after a point.
Whats a force and why do we call it?
When someone is marking another person we position our bodies to force the opposing play to only throw to one half of the field. We call it out during a game to make sure the other players are forcing opposite.

How long do ultimate games last? And when does halftime occur?
Until one of the teams reaches 15 points with a 2 point lead. Or the 90 minute period with halftime is over.
Half time occurs when either 45 minutes is reached, or one team scores 7 points, whichever happens first
What should happen if the disc goes out of bounds on a pull?
If the disc lands out of bounds on the sideline, you can clap the disc above your head and bring it to the Brick mark in the middle of the field. If it lands in bounds and rolls out of bounds, you bring it to the sideline where it went out of bounds. If it goes out the back of the end zone, you bring it to the brick mark
How do you decide who to mark if you are on defense?
You can count off or mark across.
What is the third handler called and what is their job.
AKA Rock/B
The third handler is the front of the stack. Their job is to set the stack, be available to cut in, and fill in as a second handler.
How many people are in the cup in zone defense and what are their jobs?
3 people are in the cup. One playing man on man following the disk. The wall guards the space ten feet away from the disk, moving back and forth where the disk is thrown
What is your job in the middle of the stack?
To wait until the first and second cut are cleared and continue to move up the field with the disk. Until you are ready to cut for the handler then clear or pass the disk.
What happens when a foul is called?
If the foul isn't contested(disagreed) the player who did the foul loses possession, the play resumes as if the possession was retained.
If the player that the foul was called against contests (disagrees) with the foul call, the play is redone.
What should a deep cutter do if a handler throws a fake? And what should a upline cutter do?
Deep cutter cuts in(if faked again clear to center of the stack). Up line cutter clears into the stack and B(Rock) fill in for second handler.
When you clear make sure to yell "I'm out" to help the other cutters.
A state when the disc is not actively in play, for example during a stoppage for a foul discussion. It requires acknowledgment from both teams to be brought back into a state of active play.

When do we normally play zone defense?
When we want to slow down the tempo of the game, if we want to limit deep throws, to force turnovers, or if it's too windy/bad weather.
What is the width and length of a regulation field?
A regulation field is 70 yards long by 40 yards wide, with end zones 20 yards deep
What's a pick and when do we call it?
A pick occurs whenever an offensive player moves in a manner that causes a defensive player guarding to be obstructed by another player. Obstruction may result from contact with, or the need to avoid, the obstructing player.
Call it! If you think it's a pick! Just call it, we can drop the disk and discuss it with the other team.
What should you say as you are cutting in? What should you say as you are cutting out? And what should the handler say if they are making an up line cut or clearing into the stack

What are the two main jobs of the people in the middle during a left flood play
One cuts in, then out and the other does the opposite to continue the play
What does each zone position do?
The mark- follows wherever the disc goes,keeping a force
The Wall/cup-follows the disc but stays 10 feet away
two Wings- guards the sides of the field from up line motion of the offense
a Short Deep-stays in the middle of the field and guards the area between the wings
a Deep Deep- guards the end zone. They stay behind everyone else talks to them to keep them aware of what's happening on the field
