A quarterly meeting held for leadership where the team provides an update on the team WIG and determines if adjustments to the team WIG or Lead Measures are needed. It is also a time to celebrate team successes and discuss lessons learned.

What is prior to the WIG Session?  Your commitment should be entered into the tracker by noon on the day before the meeting.  If you have a question about your commitment you should check with the team leader before the WIG session.
