How do we calculate the monthly score for the FY21 WIG?
3 or more days out of the office.
How many days do you need to be out of the office to not have to make a commitment for the following week?
The time a commitment for the following week be established.
What is prior to the WIG Session? Your commitment should be entered into the tracker by noon on the day before the meeting. If you have a question about your commitment you should check with the team leader before the WIG session.
4 items reported in the Weekly WIG email
What are: the current OSD WIG chart; Shout Outs; Team WIG update chart; Spend Under Management; Revenue; Administrative Fee Collections; SWC Transactions in MMARS
3 things may cause the team to get a “red box” in the weekly email
What are: Not making your weekly commitment; Not informing your team that you will be missing a WIG meeting; and Arriving to a WIG session after your colleagues have already reported out on their weekly commitments.
Achieved by the team for obtaining 12 consecutive weeks of meeting or exceeding lead measures
