Purpose and How/When to use Pre Peel Skin Preparation
A quick drying formula which effectively removes skin residue, all signs of grease and impurities, making it ready to absorb the full potential of the treatment complex.

Salicylic Acid
- BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid)
- Carboxylic acids with one hydroxy functional group attached to the Beta position of the acid.
- Differs from AHAs due to its lipophilic nature, which enables it to penetrate sebaceous substances in the hair follicle and exfoliate the pores. BHAs oil-soluble nature allows targeted action in areas prone to excess sebum and clogged pores, such as the T-zone.
- Calming properties soothe irritation and are particularly beneficial for addressing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which often arises after acne or other skin trauma. By reducing inflammation, salicylic acid minimizes melanin production that could exacerbate pigmentation issues. Regular use diminishes the appearance of dark spots, resulting in a clearer, more luminous complexion.

Description of A-Zyme Peel
Fast acting, non-invasive facial peel combines proven anti-ageing ingredients Retinol (1%) and Bromelain (6%) Enzyme (from pineapples) to rejuvenate the complexion, refresh, hydrate and plump the skin. Other key ingredients include niacinamide and panthenol.
- Full syringe must be refrigerated. If taken out, can only be for up to two weeks. Two drops (1mL) of the Activator.
Contraindications and Considerations for all Performance Treatments
Do not perform the treatment if the client has: sunburn, psoriasis/eczema, recent facial surgery/open wounds, cold sores/active rosacea
- allergies to any of the contained ingredients, Roaccutane -- within 6 months of taking the medication, Cancer or undergoing radiation therapy. Tinnitus, cochlear impants -- do not use SonoBooster
Other considerations include: diabetes and autoimmune diseases -- consideration for all performance treatments. Seek medical advice as healing may be delayed.
- Keloid scarring -- consideration for Micro/HydroDermabrasion treatments
Specific contraindications: Pregnancy/nursing; A-Zyme Peel and Ultra A Range, Warfarin (intense blood thinning medication); Micro/HydroDermabrasion treatments
Ultra Calming Cleanser vs Ultra Balancing Gel Cleanser
Ultra Calming Cleanser: Gently lifts away surface debris, excess oil and makeup without stripping the skin of vital moisture. Formulated with Sodium Lauroyl Oat Amino Acids a mild surfactant with moisturising, emolliency, protective and soothing properties. Suited for sensitive skin too.
Ultra Balancing Gel Cleanser: Light lathering, non-stripping gel cleanser formulated to thoroughly cleanse and remove surface impurities and makeup without disturbing the skin's natural moisture balance. Conditions and soothes the skin to restore hydration.

Describe the Ultra R.E.D Corrective Serum
- Key concerns: sensitivity, redness
- Skin types: normal, dry, oily, sensitive, roscacea-prone
- Key ingredients: Phoenix Dactylifera (Date) Fruit Extract, Tasmania Lanceolata Fruit Extract, Acetyl Dipeptide-1, Cetyl Ester
- Apply 2-3 pumps on the face/neck morning and night after cleansing. Can be refrigerated to maximise cooling effect
- Features & Benefits: reduces the appearance of redness caused by dry skin, hydrates, calms and comforts skin; reinforces the skin's lipid barrier to help combat responses to environmental triggers such as wind, heat pollution or use of harsh cosmetic products
First and Last Step of Peels Protocol
Step 1: Cleanse and Prep - Perform first cleanse (including eye area) with 1 pump of Ultra Calming Cleanser and remove, Perform 2nd cleanse with 1 pump of Ultra Balancing Gel Cleanser, creating a lather and remove with SonoBooster in "clean mode," Remove excess cleanser, Dispense 1 pump of Pre Peel Skin Preparation onto cotton pads and pass across the skin using the SonoBooster in "clean mode," Apply pea size of Ultra Moisturizer Eye Cream around the eye orbital area and the lips to protect. Apply damp cotton rounds on each eye to protect.
Step 5: Finishing Steps - Apply pea size of Ultra B2 Recovery Cream or Ultra Calming Moisturizer, Apply 1 pump of Ultra Protective Antioxidant Complex, Apply 1 pump of Ultra Daily SPF Protection
Pre-Treatment and Post Treatment Care
Pre-Treatment Care: Recommend an Ultraceuticals home care program suited for client's skin type and concerns. Ultra Daily SPF should be used consistently. Stop use of all Ultra A products 48 hours prior to Ultra Peels and BAM. Injectables recommended to wait 3-14 days following injectables before having a performance treatment. Client should ask their practitioner. Waxing the area should be avoided for minimum 7 days prior.
Post Treatment Care: Client may experience mild discomfort, redness and/or flaking of the skin. Ultra Daily SPF to be worn daily. Makeup (preferably mineral) may be worn immediately following the treatment. Corrective serums must be discontinued in home care. Peels, 5-7 days. BAM, 2 days. Vigorous exercise/heat and chlorinated pools should be avoided for 48 hours. No waxing or laser treatments. Injectables is recommended to wait for 3-14 days.
