On August 31, 2009, The Walt Disney Company announced a deal to acquire Marvel Entertainment for $4 billion, with Marvel shareholders to receive $30 and approximately 0.745 Disney shares for each share of Marvel they own. This came after Disney made Iron Man in 2008 and The Incredible Hulk in 2008 and spurred a Cinematic Universe with Iron Man 2 coming out in 2010 and Captain America and Thor coming out in 2011

In the first episode of Wizards of Waverly place, Alex Russo needs to get out of her wizard training so she can go to a Ten-Minute Sale at a local unnamed store. She then uses the spell Edgebono Utoosis to clone herself for her wizard class leaving her brother Max in charge of clone. This episode also introduces Justin, Max and Alex's brother, Zeke, Justin's best friend, Harper, Alex's best friend and Gigi, Alex's arch nemesis.
Um Actually, Zeke is not introduced in this episode
Kobe passed away in 2020, but his legacy has not forgotten. During his career, he won 5 NBA titles, 18 All Star Appearances, 4 NBA All Star MVPs, 2 NBA Final MVPs, 2 retired Jersey Numbers and won Rookie of the year in his first year of playing.
Um, Actually Kobe was not Rookie of the year.
I'm a pedantic person. My biggest dislikes are people who complain too much, disrespectful individuals and Trump supporters. My biggest fears include falling from high places, getting into car accidents and eating something secretly poisoned. I also hate eating seafood.

At the start of Avenger's Endgame, the infinity stones were dispersed throughout the galaxy. The space stone is in the Tesseract which Loki stole, the Mind Stone is in Loki's scepter in control of Avenger's HQ, the Power Stone is kept safe by the Nova Core, the Time Stone is kept with Dr. Strange and the Reality Stone was kept by the Collector. The Soul Stone was the only stone whose whereabouts were unowned.

When I was in the fourth grade, I remember distinctly a time where we had an earthquake drill and they grouped me and Sydney together in the same color coded sections since we were siblings. I then located Michelle, who was in a different color sectioned and we all walked across the Emperor Elementary school basketball courts and sand playground hand-in-hand all the way to the center to request we all bein the same group to the proctors.
Um Actually, we did not walk through the sand playground.
High School Musical 1 came out in 2006. High School Musical 2 came out in 2007. High School Musical 3 came out in 2008. All three movies feature more than 10 songs in their soundtracks with the first having the most at 13. All three movies also feature Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad and Taylor on the front cover for the movie poster.
Um Actually, the third movie has the most songs at 14.
The Dodgers may have won the World Series in 2020, but the road leading to it in past years were not easy. The last time that the Dodgers won in Los Angeles was in 1988 where they swept the Oakland Athletics. In 2019, they lost to the Washington Nationals in the National League Championship. In 2018, they lost to the Boston Red Sox in the World Series. In 2017, they lost to the Houston Astros in the World Series.
Um Actually, the Dodgers did not sweep the Oakland Athletics. They won the series 4-1
My list of favorite TV Shows are long and extensive. My favorite sitcom is Friends. My favorite fantasy show is Game of Thrones. My favorite Superhero show is Arrow. My favorite crime show is the Mentalist. My favorite anime is Code Geass. My favorite Netflix show is the Queen's Gambit.

I have a video recorded in a VHS set where Adrienne kicks me out of the frame while I'm playing with a wooden dog and she shows my mom a paper origami swan she folded up. We were a little older than toddlers at the time.

We all know the popular TV Shows that came out in the 2000s but there were several legacy shows that also ended where we never received a continuation series. Phil of the future came out in 2004 and ended in 2006. Lizzy McGuire came out in 2001 and ended in 2004 with a movie to kick off its finale. That's So Raven came out in 2003 and ended in 2007. The Suite Life of Zack and Cody started in 2005 and ended in 2008.
Um Actually, the Suite Life of Zack and Cody had a continuation called the Suite Life on Deck
Hockey Sucks. But it's fun to watch.
Um actually, both of those statements were opinions. None of them were facts.
When I was 4, I ate a wad of chewed up gum I found in the parking lot of a K-Mart. The gum was pink, hot and got stuck in my hair to the point where it was impossible to hide. Although my mother was very mad at me, my father found it rather hilarious, cleaning me up with peanut butter, rubbing alcohol and a shower. My mother quotes this as "The most disappointing moment as a parent." This was the fist time, I had ever had gum in my life.
Um Actually, this was not the first time I had gum.
As it stands right now, there are no mutants in the Avengers since they have not been introduced yet. However, Scarlet Witch is a famous mutant thought to be the daughter of Magneto, an infamous X-Men villain. Although she historically have never been a part of the X-Men, most Marvel databases consider her to be an Omega Level Mutant, the highest tier of mutant powers.

Jason used to bully us profusely to the point it would anger me. Over the years, I got back at him. In grandma's old house, I made Adrienne my unwitting accomplice as I loaded Grandma's VHS set with my rock collection and told Grandpa it was Jason who did it. In the middle of a family dinner, I flipped him off (making my mother very upset). When we briefly lived at Jason's home (our house was remodeling), I told Jason's mom that he sat on me revoking his TV watching privileges for the weekend.
Um Actually, I didn't tell his mom he sat on me. I just cried.
Disney Channel also produced a wealth of phenomenal cartoons. Their biggest being Phineas and Ferb, where two brothers make crazy inventions while their sister tries to bust them. In their final episode, we finally see the brothers as they are older and Isabelle and Phineas finally get together. We also see Perry the Platypus help Dr. Doofenshmirtz for the last time and we see that years later, Ferb and Vanessa get together.
Um Actually, that did not happen in the final episode.

When I was 7 years old, I lodged a door beam in between my teeth at my old house on 6005 Rosemead Blvd. Temple City. I was rushed to the emergency room with the beam stuck in my gums and the doctors had to perform minor surgery to sew my gums back together. Mom and Dad were very mad.
Um, Actually our house was located on 6007 Rosemead Blvd.
In Spiderman: Homecoming, we follow Peter Parker, high school student with spider-like powers. In the movie, we learn about his crush Liz Allan and later find out in a twist that her father is the villain, the Vulture. Although no Avengers appear in the movie, Peter is enlisted under the care of Happy Hogan who frequently checks up on Peter and continues to tell Peter that he can be an Avenger once he proves he's ready.
Um Actually, Iron Man is in the movie.
Famously, grandma was a well-respected powerful women of her Vietnamese village. The reason this was the case was her experience in Chinese calligraphy. Throughout her time in the village, she acquired decent wealth big enough to ship out all our family (and extended family) to America when her oldest son was drafted. Because of her safety net, our family got over to America with virtually no hardship.
Um Actually, they were robbed by pirates and all their wealth was taken.
Hannah Montana tells the story about a teenage girl living double life as a regular girl and pop star. Besides Miley Stewart herself, the only people who know about her on stage persona are her best friend, her father, her brother, her friend Oliver and her grandma in Nashville, Tennessee.

Los Angeles has had 3 different Football organizations take part in the NFL since the start. The Rams were here from 1947-1995, the Raiders were here from 1982-1995, the Rams returned to us in 2016 and the Chargers also relocated here in 2017.
Um, Actually we had a fourth football club join us in 1926 called the Los Angeles Buccaneers.
