Naruto is a Japanese manga and anime series following Naruto Uzumaki, a socially isolated ninja in the Hidden Leaf Village who seeks recognition and dreams of becoming the Hokage. Born with the destructive Nine-Tailed Fox sealed inside him, Naruto overcomes loneliness and discrimination through perseverance, friendship, and his goal to break cycles of hatred.
Naruto isn't born with the tailed beast as his father sacrifices his life to trap it inside him as a newborn.

Lion doesn't appear at the start of the show, but appears in Season 1 Episode 10.

Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner) is a Marvel mutant with the primary ability to teleport by opening portals to Hell, accompanied by a "bamf" sound. He possesses superhuman agility, reflexes, and a prehensile tail. He can also cling to surfaces and blend into shadows.
He doesn't go specifically to hell but actually a separate dimension of brimstone.

Resident Evil 2 (1998/2019) follows rookie cop Leon S. Kennedy and student Claire Redfield struggling to survive a zombie outbreak in Raccoon City caused by the T-Veronica Virus. Rigby is upset to hear that Eileen wanted to marry a smart man, so he goes back to high school to pass science, foreign language, and Phys. Ed. class.
The Episode was actually called "The Eileen Plan."

He doesn't buy fast food but makes him a dish made from otherworld ingredients.

Lord Drakkon is an evil, alternate-reality version of Tommy Oliver from the comics, where Tommy never joined the Power Rangers and eventually became a tyrannical conqueror by merging the Green and Black Ranger powers, defeating his world's heroes and leading an army.
He actually merges the Green and White Ranger powers.
