In 1952, this former chair of UM's Department of Speech and Dramatic Art was appointed dean of the College of Special and Continuation Studies and quickly earned the designation "The Flying Dean" as he circled the globe overseeing existing programs and continually sizing up new opportunities.

William Raymond "Ray" Ehrensberger

This office houses a German beer stein collection, and the rare, 26-volume collection of hearings and exhibits that accompanied the Warren Commission report. It researches, preserves, and catalogs UMGC's history.
