The members location can not be found on the map and/or does not include longitude & latitude coordinates.

Open the location alert and select the order number. Review the address in the location details. Type the address in the alert window so the coordinates display and click "Update"

Yes, click on the alert bell, select show all alerts, review the most recent alert and take necessary actions needed to resolve the alert

No, orders do not automatically go away. Alerts stat until it is dismissed manually.

It could not match the skills to an active driver.

Review the pacesetter code then open the order and review the skills. If Medium Duty or Low Clearance skill, remove skills from order if any skills trucks can complete or manually assign to the truck with the proper equipment. Have supervisor review skills if driver available.
Does an alert regenerate every 90 seconds ?
Yes, until the issue have been resolved and manually dismissed off of the the alert screen is when it will stop
