This program allows new students to build connections with one another, develop leadership skills, and deepen their sense of belonging. IGNITE is led by upperclassmen Peer Advising Leaders (PALs) who serve as peer mentors throughout the program. IGNITE is UNC Asheville’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
