What is a MRV (Magnetic Resonance Venogram)?
There's no prep for this test that measures Ventilation (lung capacity for receiving air) and perfusion (blood flow throughout the lungs). The majority of the time they're STATs.
What is VQ Lung Scan / Lung Perfusion Scan?
Patients requiring this fluoroscopy will have an additional component of imaging by either Cat Scan or MRI. The imaging focuses on on the joints such as the Ankle, Wrist, Elbow, Hip, Knee or Shoulder.

An area of the body, primarily imaged without contrast. But, if a doctor order testing of this area with contrast, make sure it's not this flouro treatment that starts with M.
