-EE has been on the platform at least 1 calendar quarter
- SSN is correct on platform
What do we do if CX send us a claim for a client reporting state?
- Inform CX that admin would have to handle this claim
- We can send termination questions
- We can also fax on admins behalf
EE's lawyers believe that fraud claims are created because JW is releasing PPI. How do we respond?
- All claims are sent to JW by the DOL or the ER, we do not file any claims on behalf of the EE. The EE should contact the DOL fraud hotline to report the fraud claim.
What do we do if the ER wants us to protest wages on their behalf?
- We inform the admin that when we receive this claim we will protest on the admin's behalf.
-The claim that the claim received was for the time the EE was working for admin before joining JW.
- We can fax over the claim to the state on behalf of the admin with the corrected wages.
Can a wage error occur if JW reports severance?
- This is not considered a wage error. When EE files for unemployment any severance or PTO is taken out when unemployment benefits are granted.
