Large meals - unhealthy:   More can cause excess weight gain and digestive problems. High blood sugar spikes. 


Less can cause body systems to function improperly due to lack of nutrition. Brain requires nutrition to run your body just like a car needs gas. Blood sugar can't regulate. 


Small meals - healthy:   Eating several small meals throughout the day can give you energy without giving you too many calories that can cause weight gain or problems with your blood sugars.
