Benefits: provides instructions (step by step), may decrease confusion, can analyze large amounts of data, editing, academics/question help, can help create worksheets, accommodate students, quick replies, healthcare, idea exchange, may make things "easier," honest responses to questions (leaves emotions out of it), 

Dangers: limits neural connections and neuron production (neurogenesis), affects hippocampus in the brain (memory and learning), limits problem- solving skills, limits creativity, limits brain's ability to adapt or change, creates unhealthy reliance, laziness, misinformation, personal data storage (privacy issues), high energy use, increases screen time, bias, replacing jobs, less human-interaction (social skills limited), careless in responses (may misinform about dosages or advice for kids who are sensitive, have mental health issues)
