The primary area where any online course material is located in Folio. (Ex: course syllabus)
What is Content?
An app version of Folio.
What is BrightSpace Pulse?
Contains important dates for the semester (full term, Minimester I & II) such as Drop/Add, Holidays, etc.
What is Academic Calender?

What is Wings?
A tool used by instructors to give out assignments and evaluate students in Folio.
What are Assessments?
This function allows you to get help/assistance with technology (Folio, MyGS, etc.), registration, advisement, etc.
What is MyHelp?
This action does not affect your GPA and it will not appear on your transcript.
What is Drop?
This is the department you would go to if you have issues with your professor and you've tried everything to solve the issues with said professor.
Who is Department Chair?
This function allows you to make appointments with your advisor, find out who your advisor is, view your course schedule, etc.
What is EAB Navigate?

A source that contain information about degree & program requirements, minors & concentrations, course description, etc.
What is Academic Catalog?
This action does appear on your transcript, but it usually does not affect your GPA.
What is Withdrawal?
This person is responsible for the development of the degree programs for its respective college. This person is also who you go to if the problem has not been solved when meeting with the Department Chair.
Who is Dean/Associate Dean/Academic Dean?
What is DegreeWorks?
A forum where students can read, create, and reply to topic threads based on the given topic that the instructor created.
What is Discussions?
This person/office oversees the academic mission of the university, and can support students with concerns or issues related to courses and faculty if the issue has not been resolved with the professor, the department chair, and the dean.
Who/What is Provost/Provost Office?
A student withdrawal from the university due to extreme circumstances and duress that is out of their control
What is Hardship Withdrawal?
This division oversees the 8 academic colleges that award undergraduate degrees. In addition, it oversees scholarly research, and career preparation.
What is Academic Affairs?
This function takes you to explore student organizations, learn about other student activities, etc.
What is Eagle Engage?
Important information that the instructor posts in Folio for students to see.
