solid : rigid- fixed shape - fixed volume
Liquid: not rigid - not fixed shape - fixed volume
Gas : not rigid -no fixed shape - not fixed volume

why grilling burger is a chemical change?
Because heat added and new substance formed (color, smell ) changed
Why painting a wooden fence is a physical change?
No new substance formed, just the shape of the fence change by paint it (color it)

because liquid has no definite shape and take the shape of the container, liquid particles move irregular movement
