What is a healthy relationship?
A healthy relationship is a connection that you have with family, friends, acquaintances, people who you talk/see every day and people who you talk/see once in a while and share interests, trust, loyalty, and respecting each other.
Define grief
It is a normal reaction to a loss of a loved one, family member, friend, or pet. People can experience grief over other types of losses as well as a divorce, losing a relationship or a job, moving away from friends or family, or even becoming ill and losing good health. Everyone experiences grief at some point in life.
Define Stress
Stress is what you feel when you’re worried or uncomfortable about something. With this, it can make your body feel bad.
You may feel angry, frustrated, scared, or afraid -- which may give you a stomachache or a headache
When you’re stressed, you may not feel like sleeping or eating, or you might sleep or eat too much. You may also feel cranky or have trouble paying attention and remembering things at home.
