Grasshoppers and crickets are often confused for one another. They are both insects that will eat grass, however they also have many differences. Crickets have longer antenna than grasshoppers. To make their chirping song grasshoppers will rub their legs together, but crickets rub their wings. Crickets tend to come out at dusk and grasshoppers like the bright sunshine.
