200
What is energy?
Power derived from the use of physical or chemical resources
200
What is required for photosynthesis and what are the results?
Water and carbon dioxide go in sugar and oxygen come out.

Physical? Biological?
500
Name 5 abiotic factors
1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
500
How does energy flow through ecosystems.
From the sun to producers, to consumers, all broken down by decomposers.
500
How does photosynthesis help to cycle matter and flow energy?
Photosynthesis allows plants to take in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen (cycle of matter). Plants produce glucose as a byproduct during photosynthesis, when consumers eat plants they get the sugar which they use for energy (flow of energy).
500
What happens to a predator population when a prey population increases? What about decreases?
Prey increase = predator increase Prey decrease = predator decrease
