Millenials - hardworking, facing problems like financial crisis or rising prices of living and student loans, still remember childhood without technology but use it well, but generally scared of telephoning (haha)

Gen Z - use technology well, aware of world problems, environment, fighting for their rights, might be considered a bit "lazy" or rude, and have problems with mental health or attention (not everyone, though)
