What is universe?

What is Sun?
The distance that light travels in one year
What is Light - year?
A small, hot, dim star that is the leftover center of an old star
What is white dwarf?
The distance between two corresponding parts of a wave
What is wavelength?
A huge group of single stars, star systems, star clusters, dust, and gas bound together by gravity
What is Galaxy?
An object that orbits a star, is large enough to have become rounded by its own gravity
What is Planet?
Highest point of a wave
What is crest?
An object in space whose gravity is so strong not even light can escape
What is black hole?
A ball of frozen dust and rock that orbits the sun and has a tail that glows
What is comet?
A large cloud of dust and gas in space. New stars can be born here.
What is Nebula?
Compact, rocky surfaces that are close to the sun (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars)
What is Terrestrial planets?
A graph relating the temperature and brightness of stars
What is H-R diagram?
A tiny star that remains after a supernova explosion.
What is neutron star?
Large, gaseous planets that are very cold at their surfaces, have ring systems, many moons, and lack solid surfaces—Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
What is gas giant planet?
areas throughout the universe where very little matter exists
What is void?
a natural object that orbits a planet
What is moon?
a measure of how bright a star would be if all stars were at the same distance
What is absolute magnitude?
the process by which hydrogen atoms join together in the sun's core to form helium and bigger elements
What is nuclear fusion?
a celestial body resembling a small planet but lacking certain technical criteria that are required for it to be classed as such.
What is Dwarf Planet?
Any natural object outside of Earth's atmosphere
What is celestial body?
large celestial bodies composed of rock and metal that move around the sun (mainly between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter)
What is Asteroid?
The actual brightness of a star
What is luminosity?
a rapidly spinning neutron star that emits pulses of radio and optical energy
What is pulsars?
Two or more stars bound together by gravity which causes them to orbit each other
What is Multiple star system?
