Describe how Cortez conquered the Aztecs
Cortes went to meet with groups that were conquered by the Aztecs. He then went to meet King Montezuma. Montezuma found out that Cortez wanted to put him in prison and conquer his people so he attacked Cortez. Cortez and his men left but they had infected the Aztec army who were now weakened and sick. Cortez came back with a large force of allies and conquered the Aztecs.
