The Albatross

In “The Rime of the Ancient Mariner”, a group of sailors are lost at sea. The Albatross lands on their ship and guides them to winds and safety at some points. One of the sailors decides to kill it and strands the men again. As punishment, he must wear the dead bird around his neck as a reminder of his sin.
