Exporting means sending goods to other countries to sell, while importing means bringing goods into your country from somewhere else. This is important for an economy because it helps a country make money by selling goods (exports) and get things it doesn’t have (imports).

Command: Government controls what goods and services will be produced and how they are distributed. 

Market: People are free to buy and sell goods and services and what gets produced is based on supply and demand.

Similiarity: A command economy and a market economy both involve trading and selling goods. 

Difference: In a command economy the government has control and the people have little choice in what they buy or sell. In a market economy, the people are free to buy and sell.
