Who is Thomas Jefferson?
French man. He joined the continental army without pay. He barely had any English but he still managed to command. He helped the Americans win the war.
Who is Marquis de Lafayette?
The last battle of the American Revolution. Cornwallis' surrender at Yorktown ended the Revolutionary War. Lacking the financial resources to raise a new army, the British government appealed to the Americans for peace.

Fought for a cause they believed in, got help from European nations.
What were the advantages of the Patriots in the American Revolution?
The colonists wanted to capture Boston, which made them want to attack. The colonists were supposed to be on Breed’s Hill, but they were on Bunker Hill. the war was going well for the Patriots, but then they ran out of ammunition.

It allowed America to break away completely from Britain. Women, African Americans, and Native Americans weren't represented in the declaration of independence.
