Age must be above 35
Residency, any 14 yrs of citizenship
Order of Succession
It is the order of which the power will be handed down to.1.Vice President, 2. speaker of the house, 3. President pro tempore of the Senate, 4. secretary of State, 5. secretary of treasure, 6. Secretary of defense, 7. attorney General, 8. Secretary of the Interior, 9. Secretrary of agriculture, 10. Secretary of Commerce, 11. Secretary of Labor, 12. secretary of health and human services, 13. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, 15 secretary of energy, 16. secretary of education, 17. Secretary of Veterans affairs, 18. Secretary of homeland security.
Transfer of Power
Transfer of power occurs when POTUS is under surgery or any medical routine.

Executive law are rules and directions that go beyond presidents term and must be carried out.
Treaty vs. Executive Agreement
Treaty - is an agreement between two foreign states, must be approved by the Senate. Are part of American law
Executive Agreement, are like treaties, but do not need approval of Senate, and are not part of American law.
Power of Recognition
Countries that are not recognized by other countries, like Russia with ukraine they don't recognize them as their own thing or foriegn state.
Congress only declares war, POTUS will protect domestic and property of federal gov. POTUS will send military actions due to our interest.
