What is mechanical energy?

The rate of electrical charges in a circuit. Measured in amps.
What is electric curent?
When energy changes from one form to another.
What is energy transformation?
A push or pull that can transfer mechanical energy.
What is a force?
Something that doesn't transfer energy very well.
What is an insulator?
A wave that needs a medium.
What is a mechanical wave?
The electrical pressure from the power source in a circuit that speeds up the flow of electricity.
What is voltage?
It says that energy cannot be created or destroyed.
What is the law of conservation of energy?
What you do if you use a force to make an object move.
What is work?
Heat transferred by electromagnetic waves.
What is radiation?
A wave that does not need a medium and travels at the speed of light.
What is an electromagnetic wave?
The opposition to the flow of electricity in a circuit that slows the flow of electricity
What is resistance?
The energy of light.
What is electromagnetic energy?
The type of potential energy that comes from raising an object higher.
What is gravitational potential energy?
Heat transferred between objects in direct contact.
What is conduction?
A wave that vibrates a medium parallel to the direction of the energy.
What is a longitudinal wave?
A circuit with only one pathway. All the loads are connected one after another.

What is elastic potential energy?
Heat transferred by moving liquids and gases.
What is convection?
A wave that vibrates a medium perpendicular to the direction of the energy.

A circuit with multiple pathways where where the loads are connected in multiple branches.
