Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Can be natural but has been rapidly changing over the past 200 years due to human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels. 

Warmer temperatures over time are changing weather patterns and disrupting the usual balance of nature. This poses many risks to human beings and all other forms of life on Earth.
